Summary

This study aims to understand if working night shifts is linked to changes in how the heart relaxes between beats, a condition called diastolic dysfunction. Researchers will compare 60 healthcare workers who work nights with those who don't by having them fill out surveys and get a heart ultrasound. The goal is to gather information, not to test a treatment.
