Blood test could catch colon cancer early in Follow-Up screenings

Summary
This study checks how well the Shield blood test works for finding colorectal cancer and advanced growths in people at average risk. About 3,375 adults aged 45 to 81 will take the test a second time, and results will be compared to a colonoscopy. The goal is to see if the blood test is accurate enough for routine screening.
