Summary
This study aims to find out if a traditional Chinese herbal formula called Shenqi Yishen Granules can help treat IgA nephropathy, a type of kidney disease. Researchers will enroll 102 adults with early-stage disease to see if the granules reduce protein in their urine better than a placebo. The trial will also monitor for any side effects and track other kidney health measures.
