Summary
This study tests whether a standardized extract of shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) root can improve sexual wellness in women aged 20 to 50 who have low sexual function and high stress. Participants take either the extract or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Researchers measure changes in sexual function, distress, satisfaction, and stress levels.
