Summary
This study tests whether a natural extract from the shatavari plant can reduce common perimenopause symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep problems. Sixty women aged 40-45 will take either the extract or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will track changes in symptoms and quality of life using questionnaires.
