First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether involving bipolar patients in decisions about their preventive treatment helps them take their medication as prescribed. Researchers will compare standard care to a shared decision-making plan in 300 adults after a mood episode. The goal is to see if this approach improves adherence, satisfaction, quality of life, and reduces relapses.
