Summary
This study tested a new combination treatment for older adults (age 60+) with untreated Hodgkin lymphoma. Participants received a targeted drug called brentuximab vedotin along with standard chemotherapy (AVD). The goal was to see if this approach could increase the number of patients whose cancer completely disappears. The trial enrolled 49 people and focused on safety and remission rates.
