Summary

This research aims to understand how men and women with cannabis use disorder respond differently to THC, the main active ingredient in cannabis. Researchers will give 40 participants either THC or a placebo pill and use brain scans to measure how their brains process rewards. The goal is to gather knowledge about sex differences in cannabis effects, not to provide treatment.
