Summary

This study looks at whether exercise reduces pain sensitivity differently in men and women. Thirty healthy adults will do a cycling workout, and their pain thresholds will be measured before, right after, and 30 minutes after exercise. The goal is to help create personalized exercise plans based on sex differences.
