Summary
This study aims to get a complete picture of how standard treatment helps people with severe plaque psoriasis. Researchers will follow 45 adults receiving treatment, checking their skin, looking at it under a special microscope, and asking how the disease affects their daily life and happiness. The goal is to better understand what 'getting better' really means by connecting medical measurements with the patient's own experience.
