Summary
This study aims to learn more about severe jaw joint disorders, which can cause pain and lock the jaw shut. Researchers will observe 20 patients undergoing surgery, analyzing their joint tissue and tracking their pain and jaw movement for two years. The goal is to find patterns that explain why these severe cases happen and how well surgery works.
