Summary

This study aims to discover why some people develop severe, recurring, and treatment-resistant warts and lesions from HPV, while others do not. Researchers will follow 850 participants, including people with these severe infections and their healthy family members, for up to 10 years. The goal is to learn about the immune system and genetics behind these difficult cases to help develop better future treatments.
