First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests three treatments—nerve block, Botox, and capsaicin—to relieve chronic nerve pain after mastectomy that standard painkillers can't control. 123 women will be randomly assigned to one of the three groups and followed for 24 weeks. The main goal is to see which treatment reduces pain most effectively at 8 weeks.
