NCT ID NCT02469350

First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated Apr 22, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a special video game (serious game) could be a practical and liked way to help 10 Parkinson's patients improve their walking and balance. All participants had already had brain surgery for their condition. The main goal was to see if patients would use the game and find it acceptable, not to measure if it actually improved their movement.
