Summary

This study is testing whether a special video game (a "serious game") can help people with multiple sclerosis improve their memory and thinking speed. The study will involve 150 adults with MS who have some cognitive difficulties. Participants will play the game as a form of cognitive training, and researchers will measure changes in memory and processing speed over time.
