This early-phase study tests a new drug called AZD9833, alone or with other treatments, in 396 women with a specific type of advanced breast cancer (ER-positive, HER2-negative). The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. Researchers will also measure how well the drug shrinks tumors. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
