Summary
This study tested an experimental drug (serabelisib) combined with a low-insulin diet, with or without chemotherapy, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic changes (PIK3CA mutations). The goal was to see if the diet could reduce side effects and improve the drug's ability to fight cancer. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
