Summary

This study looks at the best way to treat lazy eye (amblyopia) in children aged 3 to under 13. Some children get glasses and an eye patch at the same time, while others start with glasses alone and add patching later if needed. The goal is to see if both approaches lead to similar vision improvement. About 544 children will take part.
