Summary
This study watches how the heart responds to two common treatments for septic shock: IV fluids and blood-pressure-raising medications (vasopressors). Researchers will use heart ultrasounds before and after treatment to see which approach works better. The study involves 180 adults already receiving standard care, and no new drugs or treatments are being tested.
