New registry to track sepsis patients after hospital discharge

Summary
This study is a registry that will follow 760 adults hospitalized with sepsis. Researchers will collect information on how patients are treated in the hospital and what happens to them after they leave, including survival and heart-related problems. The goal is to better understand sepsis and improve future care.
