First seen Jun 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This early study tested a new drug (sEphB4-HSA) combined with standard chemotherapy for people with certain blood cancers (MDS, CMML, or AML) that had come back or not responded to prior treatment. The goal was to see if the combination was safe and tolerable. Only 7 people took part before the study was stopped early.
