First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study will follow 90 people who recently had a stroke and have hand weakness. Researchers will test hand movement and sensation, including how vibration affects dexterity, and use MRI scans to look at brain structure. The goal is to see if adding vibration tests can better predict how well hand function will recover at 3 and 6 months.
