Summary

This study tests whether sensory integration therapy can improve walking stability and quality of life in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will enroll 44 adults with relapsing-remitting MS who have mild to moderate disability. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive the therapy or standard care, and their walking patterns and well-being will be measured before and after treatment.
