First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests whether a combination of two drugs, dasatinib and quercetin, can safely improve physical and mental function in adults aged 50-85 with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants take the drugs every two weeks for three months. The goal is to see if removing aged, damaged cells can reduce inflammation and support nerve repair. The study involves 30 people and will track safety and any changes in symptoms over one year.
