NCT ID NCT07328048
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether combining senobi exercises with aerobic workouts can help women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) lose weight, feel less tired, and improve their quality of life. Thirty-two women aged 18 to 35 with PCOS will be split into two groups: one doing both senobi and aerobic exercises, and the other doing only aerobic exercises, for six weeks. The goal is to see if the combo offers extra benefits for managing PCOS symptoms.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
exercise program (senobi exercises combined with aerobic exercises)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a simple, drug-free way to help women with PCOS manage weight, reduce fatigue, and improve quality of life.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage trial with only 32 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. Exercise interventions can be hard to stick with long-term.
