Summary

This study tests a new nasal vaccine to prevent croup, a common childhood illness that can cause breathing problems. The vaccine uses a harmless virus (Sendai virus) that is similar to the croup virus. Researchers want to see if it is safe and helps children build immunity. About 54 children aged 1 to 5 will take part.
