NCT ID NCT07294950

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at what happens when people stop taking the weight-loss drug semaglutide. It compares two ways of stopping: gradually reducing the dose versus stopping all at once. The goal is to see if a slow stop helps people keep off the weight and maintain heart health. About 98 adults who have already lost at least 10% of their body weight on semaglutide will take part.
