First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tested a new tablet form of semaglutide (a diabetes drug) in 121 healthy men. Researchers wanted to see how different amounts of water (50 or 120 mL) and delays before breakfast (30, 60, or 120 minutes) affect drug levels in the blood. Participants took one tablet daily for 10 days. The results will help improve dosing instructions for people with type 2 diabetes.
