Summary
This study aims to find out if the diabetes and weight-loss drug semaglutide affects bone health in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will compare patients taking semaglutide plus metformin to those taking metformin alone for one year. They will measure changes in bone density, fracture rates, and other bone health markers to see if the drug helps or harms bone strength.
