New drug combo shows promise for tough lymphoma

Summary

This study tests adding a drug called selinexor to the standard chemotherapy RCHOP for people with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination works better than RCHOP alone. About 43 adults with advanced or returning lymphoma are taking part.
