New combo therapy offers hope for lymphoma patients who have run out of options

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug selinexor to standard chemotherapy (R-GDP) can help people with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who cannot have a stem cell transplant or CAR-T therapy. About 500 participants will receive either the new combination or standard treatment. The goal is to see if the new combination shrinks tumors and delays cancer growth.
