Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs—selinexor, carfilzomib, isatuximab, and dexamethasone—in people whose multiple myeloma has come back or stopped responding to treatment. The trial has two parts: first, a small safety run-in to find the right dose, then a larger group to see how well the combo works. About 62 participants will be enrolled, and the main goals are to check for side effects and measure how long the cancer stays under control.
