Summary
This study aimed to test the safety and effectiveness of a drug called selinexor when combined with other treatments for adults with an aggressive type of blood cancer (DLBCL) that has returned or stopped responding to prior therapies. The first part of the study would find the safest dose, and the second part would see how well the drug combinations worked. The study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
