New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat brain cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new three-drug combination for adults with central nervous system lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose of the oral drug selinexor when added to standard chemotherapy drugs (methotrexate and rituximab). Researchers will enroll about 30 patients to first determine the best dose and then see how well the combination controls the cancer.
