Summary
This study tests if weighing yourself every day can help teens ages 12 to 18 with obesity manage their weight. About 99 teens will be split into three groups: usual care, usual care plus a simple scale, or usual care plus a smart scale that sends weights to their doctor. Researchers will check if daily weighing is acceptable, safe, and helpful over 12 weeks.
