First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at how six short, 15-minute self-regulation methods—like exercise, breathing, aromatherapy, music, virtual reality, and tapping—affect the heart, brain, and mood of one woman with ADHD and stable bipolar disorder. The goal is to learn which techniques might help with relaxation and focus, not to cure or treat the conditions. Results may guide future research on non-drug strategies.
