This study tested a self-management program for jaw muscle pain in 107 adults with fibromyalgia. The program included online sessions on pain education, jaw exercises, and self-massage. Researchers measured changes in quality of life, pain, and fear of movement over 12 months. The goal was to see if teaching patients to manage their own symptoms could improve their daily lives.
