First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tested whether a self-hypnosis smartphone app could reduce attention problems and anxiety in 49 children aged 7-12 with ADHD, who were already taking medication. Children used the app 5 days a week for 6 weeks, and parents and kids filled out questionnaires to track changes. The goal was to see if adding this easy, non-drug tool could improve daily life.
