Colombia pilot: can neighbors become mental health helpers?

Summary

This study aims to train local community leaders in Colombia to use a program called Self-Help Plus to improve their own mental well-being and teach others. About 40 adults living in the study area will take part. The program includes hands-on practice and support, and researchers will measure changes in well-being, distress, and functioning.
