Summary

This study aims to test a culturally adapted self-help workbook for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in Pakistan, where access to trained therapists is limited. The workbook is based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) principles and includes guidance from a therapist. Researchers will enroll 108 adults with OCD to see if using this workbook is practical, acceptable, and helps reduce symptoms.
