Summary
This study looked at two ways to help women who are unhappy with their bodies: the usual dieting approach versus a self-compassion approach that encourages being kind to yourself. 194 women aged 25 to 59 took part. The goal was to see which method better reduces body dissatisfaction and unhealthy eating habits.
