Can being kinder to yourself ease aging pains? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07370090
Summary
This research aims to understand how psychological factors like self-compassion (being kind to yourself) and self-efficacy (belief in your abilities) are connected to physical health in older adults. The study will survey 150 people aged 65 and older using online questionnaires about their pain levels, posture awareness, lifestyle habits, and quality of life. The goal is to gather information that could help design better support programs in the future, not to test a treatment.
