Summary
This study is testing a special training program designed to teach self-compassion to pregnant women. The goal is to see if learning to be kinder to themselves can help reduce their fear of childbirth, improve how they feel about their changing bodies, and lower feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress. The program involves group sessions and is being offered to 72 women in a specific region of Turkey.
