Could a simple health check after a seizure prevent a stroke?

Summary
This study is testing whether checking for heart and blood vessel risk factors in people over 50 who have a new seizure can help prevent future strokes and heart problems. Researchers will follow 420 participants for one year to see if managing these risks makes a difference. They will also use health records to compare long-term outcomes over 5-10 years.
