Summary

This study tested whether a device called Seismofit can accurately measure fitness (VO2 Max) while a person rests, compared to the standard exercise test on a bike. Thirty healthy adults took part. The goal was to see if the Seismofit could be a simpler, faster way to check heart and lung fitness.
