Summary
This study is testing whether adding chia or hemp seeds to lunch foods helps people feel fuller and more satisfied after eating. Researchers will serve seed-enhanced meals to 24 adults with overweight or obesity and measure how much they eat and how hungry they feel afterward. The goal is to gather basic information on whether these high-fiber seeds could be a simple way to help with appetite control.
