Can eating seeds tame your period? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07052500
Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary practice called 'seed cycling' can help women with irregular periods, painful cramps, or PMS. For three months, 50 participants will eat specific seeds (flax, pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower) during different phases of their menstrual cycle. Researchers will track changes in cycle regularity, pain, and other symptoms through monthly surveys and a phone app.
