First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether eating specific seeds during different parts of the menstrual cycle can help women with irregular periods, cramps, and PMS. About 50 women aged 18-45 will eat flax and pumpkin seeds in the first half of their cycle, then sunflower and sesame seeds in the second half, for three months. The goal is to see if this simple diet change can make periods more regular and reduce discomfort.
