Summary
This study aimed to understand if spending a lot of time sitting is linked to slower digestion and changes in gut bacteria, which might influence the development of polyps in the colon. Researchers observed 80 adults, measuring their activity levels, digestion speed, and gut bacteria composition. The goal was to gather information to see how lifestyle might connect to gut health.
