Scientists track sedative in transplant patients

NCT ID NCT07045467

Summary

This study aims to understand how a sedative drug called remimazolam works in the bodies of people receiving a kidney transplant. Researchers will give the drug to 30 participants during their transplant surgery and take blood samples to measure drug levels. They will also monitor how deeply sedated the participants are to see if the drug provides safe and predictable sleep during the operation.
